The underlying principle of High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT, is that shorter and more intense workouts produce better results, leaner muscles and increased fat burn.
The studio specializes in creating customized fitness programs for athletes, including for weekend warriors, that helps them to improve performance while minimizing injuries. Upward Motion also offers personal training sessions. Workouts offered include Shockwave and Indo-Row.

"Great nutrition plan, exercise (strength training and high intense cardio), a coach, and a team of like minded individuals to help you," Alvidrez said. "Our accountability coaches make sure that you are accountable to the program. We provide extensive nutrition plans that include a meal plan of healthy and tasty meals, recipe guide, grocery list, and an educational manual that will teach you about proper nutrition."
Alvidrez and his staff love their work and it shows.
