11 Online Puts Clients at Ease

By Jake Levin

Both fully-established businesses and start-ups that are just hitting the ground running could take advantage of the services 11 Online provides.

Alonso Indacochea, CEO of the Albuquerque, N.M.-based firm, said that the goal of his company is to customize a solution with the future in mind for your company's website needs. Web design, software development, digital marketing, graphic design and branding are just a few of the areas of expertise that Indacochea and his team can help solve your online issues, or make your website even stronger.

"Simply put, we're a full-service digital marketing agency with a strong competency in software design and development," Indacochea said of 11 Online. "What that means to a business, established or new, is that you get a scalable, built-for-the-future solution bespoke to your needs."

Clients of all shapes and sizes have come to 11 Online, from CheckUp and Choices (checkupandchoices.com), a substance abuse management start-up, to Rainbow Ryders (rainbowryders.com) or Holistic Management International (holisticmanagement.org), wellness clinics long established in the area.

Indacochea said that he can offer additional security to websites through "website care plans," a concept that goes beyond just branding.

"The idea is to put our clients at ease," Indacochea said. "We provide uptime monitoring, security monitoring, off-site regular file and database backups, software updates, and a limited number of hours for additional functionality, content management, or any other website task. And all our plans come with service level agreements that govern levels of criticality and response times."

It's all about the team at 11 Online, a group Indacochea loves working with. In addition to the company's website, 11online.us, 11 Online has a Facebook page (facebook.com/pg/eleven0nline/posts). It's here, as part of "11 Online: Behind the Screen" that the true personalities of Indacochea and his team are able to emerge. Employees have created memes and emojis pertaining to Indacochea here, all in the name of fun, of course.

"I love our team," Indacochea said. "They make it a pleasure to go into the office. Even when they make memes and emojis about me."
